February is Calculator Month at Truthful Lending

written by John Crenshaw

We’ve been hard at work on some really great, and free, financial calculators over the past several weeks and are going to be releasing them as they’re completed over the next month or so. We hope that you’ll find them to be a valuable resource in your search for the best mortgage/financial information on the web. Some of the highlights of what we’ll be releasing are:

  1. The Debt Free Calculator
Compare the difference between making minimum payments on your debts and using the “debt rollover” method. It’s amazing how much money and time you can save while you become debt free using this strategy. Expect this calculator to be released in the next day or so.
  2. Mortgage Calculator Family
Our family of mortgage calculators will include, an amortization table calculator, a balloon payment calculator, a bi-weekly vs. monthly payment comparison calculator, a payoff time calculator to show you the time remaining on a loan given different payment amounts, and, of course, a standard payment calculator. These are our basic mortgage calculators, and we’ll be releasing some more advanced calculators over the next month that are really going to stand out as something really unique and useful.

We’ve spent a lot of time in this business and know that there are some calculations people would love to be able to do, but don’t have the tools to do it. Our goal is to provide those tools, so check back periodically this month for those calculators to be released.
