Mark;  if you&#039;re worried about the bank taking everything from you in an instant, take a lesson in liquidity. You cancel the hedge (by repayment) and you&#039;re still better off than when you started.</description>

		<description>I understand the theory.  However,  not a believer in debt as a good thing.  The more debt you have the more money you must make each and every month.  Less debt also allows consumers more money to spend on services other than BIG banks ... restaurants, travel, car washes, clothing ... things that make our economy healthy.  I&#039;d rather see my local restaurant owner receive my HARD earned money than a stickin bank.</description>
