Truthful Lending dot Com is the brainchild of John Crenshaw, a Loan Officer in Southern California. When John first entered the mortgage business he was amazed at the level of dishonesty among his co-workers and the general lack of any sort of compassion for the clients. He left his first company after only a short period to find a company built on integrity. John was lucky enough to find Westpark Equity Group, a company with genuine concern for their clients’ wellbeing, only a day after leaving his first company.

Soon after starting at Westpark Equity, John founded Truthful Lending dot Com to educate homeowners on everything mortgage and real estate related so that those homeowners, and potential homeowners, could avoid being taken advantage of. Since then, the site has evolved into what you see today, and it will continue to evolve as the mortgage landscape changes.

The mission statement of Truthful Lending dot Com is “Knowledge Is Power.” We take that seriously, and armed with the knowledge within all the articles on Truthful Lending, homeowners can more easily recognize scams and find the best mortgage to suit their needs.
